Industry Capability Network (ICN) has established this portal as a forum for managing supply chain shortages due to COVID-19, including identifying gaps in the supply chain and how we can facilitate local businesses that can help fill these gaps.

Free Grant Finder Service

Central Coast Council is excited to provide the ‘Central Coast Grant Finder’ to support all local businesses, community groups, not-for-profits and individuals to access a free comprehensive list of all available grant and funding opportunities.

The grant finder is a practical search engine tool which can be filtered by location, industry and type of project to easily find all relevant funding opportunities. There’s also additional information to help groups and businesses navigate the grant process and ability to set up alerts, so no opportunity is missed.

Go to Grant Finder here.

Cash Flow Concerns

If you’re having concerns about cash flow, paying fixed costs such as rent, wages, utilities and loan repayments, the earlier you act the easier it can be to negotiate temporary payment terms with your lenders, creditors and suppliers. Read more about financial hardship.

We strongly recommend getting in contact with your bank or financial institution as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

Here are the dedicated business hardship contact lines for the key Australian banks:

Lease support

Speak with an expert about your obligations under retail or commercial leases, and advice on dealing with any landlord and tenant issues. Call 1300 795 534 or visit https://www.smallbusiness.nsw.gov.au/contact.

Energy and Utilities

Most utilities/essential service providers offer some form of Financial Hardship Support that can involve deferred billing, partial payment plans and other options. Businesses facing cashflow problems are advised to contact their supplier to discuss alternative payment options. This covers energy, water and telecoms providers.
